  • Detergent: Use only neutral pH liquid detergent or specialized silk/wool wash. Never use bleach or fabric softeners.
  • Action: Gently rub; do not wring, twist, or scrub harshly.

2. Drying

  • No Tumble Dry: Never put silk in the dryer (it destroys the fibers).
  • Shadow Dry: Hang to dry in a cool, ventilated place.
  • Avoid Sun: Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading and fiber brittleness.
  • Tip: Lay flat on a white towel and press gently to remove excess water before hanging.

3. Ironing

  • Inside Out: Always iron on the reverse side.
  • Damp is Best: Iron while the silk is still slightly damp.
  • Setting: Use the lowest "Silk" setting.
  • Steaming: A handheld steamer is the safest and easiest way to remove wrinkles.

4. Storage
